500c jtag error could not open flash.bin

i have dreambox 500c with nxp tuner which i cant get serial port to communicate to reflash
i have tried jtagging via dos which does it ok but i hear the dos has embedded code for satellite so doesnt work for my dm500c
when i try the windows version i get an error when writing via windows jtag

does anyone know exactly how to correct this problem
