dreambox streaming to mobile

i have seen a clip on you tube where a guy is streaming tv to his mobile from his dreambox (a bit like slingplayer does)..does any one know how to do this.or is there a special program for this,

So i got that working on my mobile. I used VLC for windows mobile. If anyone wants it i'll upload it.
