I was able to flash my Dreambox 500C with the dk v1.1 image and also ftp into the box to install some keys. Thank you all for the tutorials. I still cannot receive any channels. Since I live in the U.S., I was wondering if I needed some different images/keys. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This is a UK based forum so you are right you will need different keys and cams.

Do you have any idea where I might find some? I've looked around Devilsreaper but could find nothing. Also can the DM500C be used for FTA satellite as well?

dm500c is for cable only, hence the 'c', need 500s for sat!
