DM500 DM500c, Services not found, Glasgow, Virgin Media

Hi there, my dad and brother both have DM500C boxes with the Digital Kaos latest image on them, and lately neither of them are getting the services for channels like Sky Sports 1 and 3, and several others. A lot of channels are still working but they're both heavily into football and they're raging at missing the games.

We've tried deleting the channels and doing bruteforce and normal scans, tried restarting evocam, tried switching off and back on, and also tried reflashing the image but none of it's working.

If anyone had any other suggestions, we'd be eternally grateful

Mines just gone off too, was watching a movie and heard a bip and all gone except for a couple.. Did loose 2 last week rescanned and they came back. Not this time though!!

Will have a play tomorrow but I'm guessing the keys have changed again so may have to wait again until someone cracks it again .... Hopefully.. As they haven't done it for Probably A year now... Not sure if it was just before last Xmas or just after.

I ended up reflashing the box with a working image from a friend's box, did a rescan once that was done and everything works fine now.

I cant seem to pick up e4. tried scanning several times and even did factory resest, loaded keys and scanned again still no e4.

I am not getting any chanels and I am in kent.


I have done a rescan but nothing is working.


Has anyone got a new image I could use please?

im also having the same problem in edinburgh ive lost all channels if anyone gets a working image let me know please thanks

looks like N3 has hit Scotland.

I'm getting nothing not even BBC1 FTA channels

ive got all mines back what i did was reflashed my box rescanned for channels then instead of going throught my folders to find channels i went through all services and all my channels now work have fun moving them all back to folders
