Not sure why yours is doing this, mine did this after a while also with that image, switched to the PLi Iolite image with the AU fix and all has been well since (fingers crossed). I Know Mr Dude does superb work but at that time i needed my box up quickly and was not in the mood the go through the image and errors and try to sort it, lazy way was get a new image and fast..

Picture freezing could be to do with the cams. What cam you using and have you tried using a different cam? If all else fails than it is always worth reflashing the dreambox with a new image.

could be a hardware heat problem also.

It could also be a hardware problem with the box, temperature related issue, i.e. do you keep the box in a closed cabinet, maybe on top of another device like a dvd player, etc.

Sometimes boxes just do things like this...there's no explaination . And a flash every now and again doesn't hurt either!

Maybe your backup image is corrupt? Take another backup from the good box and flash it. Or just flash a completely new image altogether.

Also its a good time to check all your connections, if the tuner is loose it may be causing an intermittent fault.
