Help after factory reset please

Lost channels in Nottingham the other day. Had to do a full scan again and the channels worked but were all over the place. Just done a factory reset to organise thing again. Have ftped roms to var/scce and keys to var/keys. Can't find Sly Sports 1! How do I get the keys to update and clear? Can anyone give me the procedure (does it only work with SS1?)

I used the BigMaq toolbar to find the latest keys and saved that as the keylist.txt its in the format N 5401 00 **************** and N 5401 01 ****************** on separate lines.

People have recommended Dreamboxedit to me but I haven't used it personally.
