    Best way back

Set up a little dm500-c for the kids months ago with the help from you guys never had to lay a finger on it since. A few days ago I lost all the chanels on it like so many others and I cant get it going I have re-scaned etc, tried to rewrite the image using flashwizard and it wasn't any good. Is it best to do a factory re-set? Any help would be appreciated but please go easy on me I am only an amature. Thanks

I find it best to erase everything on the box first and then start again... using Erase image attached and then reload the new image but this can only be done with DreamUp and a null modem cable....

have you tried to flash with dreamup using a null cable. Just re-flash image and keep rescanning. virmin like to change frequencies alot lately. You may have to try scanning a few times with different areas to get all channels back.
