500c dreambox help

help i cant set up my box i have a dreambox 500c all channels gone blank????

was working then all the channels started to dissappear one by one dunno why?

Did they disappear or did they just go blank?

Do you have the auto update keys or do you still need to manually enter the keys in via tuxbox commander or using ftp?

Try going to Sky Sports 1 then do Menu > Shutdown > Reboot now

When it boots up, leave it on SP1 for a few minutes and see if it comes on.

tried doing all stated

im doing a au fix now they went blank slowly one by one......tried switching off rebooting everything nothing works.?

i put a factory reset and then they went blank.

What image are you using? The factory reset probably deleted all keys and rom files.

FTP the contents of the keys folder to /var/keys. FTP the contents of the scce folder to /var/scce and /var/keys. Go to Sky Sports 1 then reboot the box, should AU keys when it reboots.

Use Flashfxp and a crossover cable between the pc and dreambox or a network cable if you are using a router
