No Cables.xml file in my DK1.1 img

Looked in my DK1.1 image and I cannot find my cables.xml file inside /var/etc....

Does anyone know if this is the way it is.... or does it need it... as my channels are working apart from a couple have gone down...

just rescan mate thats the only thing you can do when channels go missing.

Have done that tonns of times am reverting to putting on new images and see if any work...
