DM500 Different Box Another issue - AGC and Ber 0

Anyone any ideas as to why this would happen.

DM500T with DK1.1 cannot get a lock on transponders.

AGC seems to be always 0 and BER seems to be always 0.

Try changing tuner select type. If its set to new then change to old and reboot box and visa vera.

Can you tell me how to do this in DK1.1 image. I cant seem to find it

You can't change tuner driver with this image.
