Help with backup flash error please

HI guys a couple of my families boxes went down (completely blank) in the past few days and I am trying to re-flash a backup image to the boxes using dreamup, the image I am using is 7.75 meg taken from, my sisters working box via dreamup.
The boxes connect fine via ethernet and serial however each time I get the same (aborted by user-exiting) error message!

Any idea's where I am going wrong??

Hi I think I may have solved the problem it appears 1.3.3.4 is ok but not 1.3.3.5!

You're using dream-up 1335, I had same problem.
Try any older Dream-up version & you'll be O.K.
