hi guys
i have bought a dm500 from a friend of mine but when i wanted to change the image through dcc it is refusing to connect . i asked my friend why and he informed me that it is pass protected . what do i need to do to change the image ??

Best to flash it using a null modem cable and Dreamup, you don't need any ethernet connection, username or password using this method.

You can get the null modem cable on ebay for ?2.
