    Hi All

    Ordered my Linux Blackbox 500C on 26th Aug and my box was only shipped from Hong Kong Yesterday!

    I know that there are postal delays due to the Games..etc but why would it take almost 10 days to post it!?! They did have over 20 units in stock at the time.

    I was hoping to get it in time to watch the footy on S e t a n t a and mainly the boxing tonight on SBO, ah well! will have to pay ?15 to S k y

    OK, whinge over. I have found Sieko from buyingthings.co.uk to be very helpful and apologetic over the delays. He told me that they will very soon be holding UK stock of the 500C so shipping delays should be no more.

    Anyone else had delays?

    Can't wait to get my box so I can put all the fantastic knowledge I've picked up on this forum to some use!

      i ordered 1 box from these guys and 1 from dvb monkey,both took about 2 weeks 2 arrive,but came ready 2 plug n play with dkv.1 image on them,the tuner is better then the old dm500,i still had problems picking up virgin1,bravo and bravo+,apart from that everything else was spot on.

          Ordered mine from buying things on the 26th Aug also. Still waiting, not heard anything, so hopefully its been shipped in the same batch as yours.

              I got an email on 4th Sept telling my it had been shipped, the email had a tracking number and I was able enter it in Hong Kong Post's website and track mine out of Hong Kong. It left yesterday and I hope it has arrived in the UK today. I expect it to be delivered before Wednesday next week.

                  Hi Guys,

                  Its the same for me.
                  I ordered my box on the 29th Aug. Got an email on the 4th Sept. with the same Hong Kong Post Office tracking link, saying it was dispatched. The tracking link says it was actually shipped today the 6th.

                  I can't see all these boxes being flown from Hong Kong to the UK, I think its more likely they'll be coming by boat. So we've probably got another week to wait.
