hi i need a bit of help i have down loaded channel data file from the down loads section but how do i get on to my dreambox 500c (an idiot guide for me would be good)so that i can get rid of those 8 million bbc etc. cheers in advance.

you can put it on your box by ftping it to your box you can use dreambox control center or just use a ftp program you will have to connect your box to a router tho and obtain the ip address

when you connect your dreambox to the internetr go to menu setup then expert setup then communication setup see what the ip address is for example 192.168.24 now use that ip address to connect with a ftp prograsm like cuteftp or something like that now the login is root and password dreambox hope this helps
