DM600C Setup help needed

I have just received my DM600C, itching to play with it. Sorry i am a newbie so pls be patient.

I have tried a few images and finally settled on using DM600PVR IMAGE WITH VM ORDER IN BOUQUETS.

I have just loaded the image, I understand i need to load the magic files. I am having real trouble finding these file. where can i find them. Please help.

After loading the DM600PVR IMAGE WITH VM ORDER IN BOUQUETS I did a bruteforce search and found many channels but they are all still appearing blank even the FTA channels.

Should I not at least get some channels without loading the magic files.

How do I setup the auto update function I have searched the menu and cannot find any reference too this.

i have now got FTA channels but cannot decrypt others.

I have found the magic files and placed them in the keys and scce directory I also chmod them to 755.

Any help would be appreciated.

had one of these awhile back and maybe the roms go to var>keys>etc. might be wrong but for some reason i remember having to do this for but maybe it was for something else.

Thank you for your reply Smoggie, i got it working. once files were in correct locations.
