DM600 Annoyig commentry on channels. How to get rid of it. HELP!

HI all, I have searched through all settings, I cannot seem to get rid of the nariation on some channels like e4, uk gold and movie channels. Is there a way of getting rid of it.

Also, my image on screen looks very light, is there a way to change the brightness level or anything

Hi I had this problem on the 500c.

Not sure about the 600 remote but on the 500c there is an 'Audio' button. Press this and where there is narration on the channel you will see on option of NAR or English. Select English and you should be ok.

Hi I have this exact problem on my 800HD but only on the HD channels but can't seem to find the above option!! Does anybody have a solution please?

dont know if all images the same options on 800hd but on blackhole and whilst on the channel it does it on, i press audio button> select english

Sorry mate I was having a senior moment!! the channels I was checking it on didn't have the NAR/English option but when I found a "faulty" channel the NAR/English option was there so all is OK now Thanks guys (By the way I'm running Gemini 5.1) Thanks
