DM500 two yellow lights on front of box?

thanks to texastomass 4 idea. ive managed to stop buzzing . it was the original ac adaotor breaking down .got a new problem now though dont no weather adaptor has fried circuit board or not. will not turn on, and when pressing on button, one yellow light flashes with button .any idears i would be grateful..
