DM900C Master Reset Accident

I've accidentally did a master reset on my DM900C (China clone, I guess).

Now I can only view channel names and schedules, but can't view channels.

The previous password was *censored*.

I have a Virgin Media Aucard, and there's a label which roughly translates to "M88 Third Generation Auto-Something Aucard For Use With Series 900"

M88 I guess stands for ATmega88?

How do I actually activate my Aucard again?

i got the same problem too. i am a newbie in this so i dun really noe anything. i tried the "f8....ff" thingy but it still didnt work. i really hope someone could teach me how to get all the channels back. i will get screwed by my father if he finds out.

got the stuff but channels all mess up

1. Press the menu button to go into setup menu
2. In setup menu, just press the blue button for few seconds then you will see one row of numbers, use your remote arrow keys (up and down) to change it ,
3. Key in f8, followed by ff for the rest
4. Once done, press ok and exit it should be back to normal

It worked for me.

Apparently, the above procedures sets the Boxkey, which our boxkey is different from "F8 FF....". God knows what is our Boxkey......

Now I manage to do autoscan, but can only get free to view channel, the rest are all blank. Have try the (f8 ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff) command, but still cannot. I have the aucard M88 third generation. Can anyone help... thanks

power on and let it run for 30min. put a channel that is not free.
just on and do nothing til 30min up. dont channel up and down til u see it.
to edit channel , go to edit and press recall key and arrow up and down to move. then press ok.
