DM900C Master Reset Accident

Hi Arraysys,

I got one DM900c, it state " no channel found. Please check aerial or local signal availability, press ok to start auto turning"

Can you advise me what should i do?
Yesterday it was working fine... when i switch on today, it become like tat...

for your case, fastest and easiest way is to get another dm900c2 to transmit the channel to your current box.

for dm900c, how can i know its valid boxkey, ie f8 fffff or fffffff or 8c.....? my box only fta thot of geting king/green card, can this new card solve problem n for how long? thks bros

To know your boxkey:
1> Press the menu(yellow) button to enter the menu
2> At the remote control, key in 3 2 7 6 8
3> The Boxkey will appear on the screen

sori its a super box dm900c, i can fire up boxkey default 00.00.00.00........ blanks file, from here i can input any common keys f8 ff...or 8c... but do not know which keys belong to this dm

hi !i am also having the same problems viewing onli 127 channels...any kind souls pls tell me what is the frequency i have to set to get bak 170 channels+ in the manual scan to get bak all the channels

New Card but no tv signal card not support FTA ch oso cannot watch

any kind soul can advice/pm me on the error message: No TV; Card no support... i got even i master reset my dm900cii after i got a new card (M88 au card). I have try all ways( any key provide in this tread) you have mentioned it doesn't work for my set except connect to another Dm900 after 06/2010 to upgrade it.

pls don't sent discourage words like get a new set / get another card...

If can't even watch FTA channels, do not think is card or keys problem.

Its hardware problem. Reason is, without the correct key or without inserting the card, all FTA channels will still work even if you have or have not do a master reset.

You can manual or auto scan to get the new channel.
