    PICICON

Ok, i take it that picicons are gifs or some other pic format. what i want to know is what sizes do they have to be? reason i ask is i think it would be kind of cool to put a face for each channel, ie a pic of my kids on disney, nick jr etc, my face for the sports movies and factual, my wifes face for living etc.
    is this possible?

just a guess but i think the name of the png has to be the same as the channel
so a png for each channel
plus make sure when you name the png do it exactly the same small case or capital to the channel name
          i read it some where

just as i feared then. an image for each channel. mind you it opens up a lot of possibilities for custom icons. for instance i generally only watch football on the sports channels so i could have bcfc badge for sly sports 1 england badge for sly sports 2 etc definately something to look into. thanks a lot!

If you want the same picture for multiple channels, make multiple coppies of the same picture and rename them

Alctually thats not quite true - you can just use the 1 picture and make symlinks, that way you'll save loads of space and be able to change the picture far easier if you get bored of it.
