DM500 Picture breaking up on Virgin

Changed the Image from DW2.0 to DK 1.1 well pleased with it.The only thing is the picture keeps breaking up on Virgin and Virgin+1 it was fine on DW2.0 so i know it`s not signal strength,any ideas thanks delv

Reset the box and pull the cable lead from it.
