hi guys no picture this morn and had 2 reset sub box came home from work and done bruteforce on dm but still no picture not even freeview any ideas geezers or is this it? i thot we had till easter

howd you get on with yours mate, i done a reflash and got channels back but some are not there that i did have before, for example sky sports 2.

please anyone any info ?

Someone says the Freq has changed to 155.000 Think it was 755.000 just have to find out where to change that info.

I had the same problem yesterday, still no picture, even on channels 1-5.

Tried re-scanning for channels with no joy.

It says no signal on search.

Anyone got any ideas?

having a read on here its seems to be something about frequency changing from 75500000 to 15500000 but how do u change it for dm500???

I had the same problem in Newcastle lastnight every channel lost signal i tried to scan and it couldnt find a transponder local or brute. I turned it back on this morning and its scanned i used gateshead and it found 2 lots ov channels like i have 2 sky horrors now 1 dont work 1 does so dunno wtf went on, But all seems to be okish now.


Also dunno if this means anything to u guys iam doing a brute scan atm it says unknown under all the channels,

kinda like that on all channels which i dont think is normal.

Edit again** ok the brute scan is dun and all channels seem to be ok but i have 15 ITV1s and some other channels i have 2s and 3s ov but them seem to work

Looks as if the channels have been moved???

Deleted all channels and re-scanned a couple of different towns including Bruteforce, everything back except sky sp1 and 3. So nearly there but for how long!!!!

how did you delete all the channels mate, surley not one at a time ? please tell so that i can delete all mines and try scan again

Sad as I am, yes one at a time, only took 10 mins, ok once your rhythm gets going. May be a quicker way???

Just done an other bruteforce and the missing ones are back, as far I can tell that's me back to normal, for now anyway.

its kool i got em back (for now) acted like a total newbie i kept going in2 bouquets!!!!but whent into all listings and the only thing showing was about new virgin cards a wee minute later they came into life

just do a rescan your channels will come back ,although as was said there will be lots of itv's and bbc's only one of them will be for the district ie scotland keep that one and delete the rest same goes for the rest
