Lost channels on dreambox

Hi All,

I lost all channels on the dreambox yesterday, tried re-scanning for channels with no joy.

Heard the frequency might have changed.

Anyone got any ideas?

Are you looking in your bouquet? Try looking in all services if that fails try brute force on your scan

HI all I am having the same problem, my box is saying no services or bouguets. what is the fix for this if any /

first post.

Exact same problem here, tried dumping my back up services and bouquet files back onto the box to see if it would help, still not seeing any transponders.

Also dont seem to have the Brute Force scan option, any help would be greatly appreciated.

dreambox 500cs not turning off!!!

iv had this problem with my dreambox for 2days now.
it dont turn off and green LED light is always on. Iv unpluged it and all leads and still when i connet the green light is on. It wont go in to stanby mode. PLEASE HELP (((
