Spoke to a VM engineer the other day. He told me that South Lanarkshire had been identified as the main channel-nicking area so Virgin targeted this area for N3 implementation, so they sent out a test signal.
All they achieved was to screw up channel listings. To rectify this is gonna cost millions and, as a result, N3 in this area has been put back at least 6 months.
