Has my DM600 died?

Lost all channels with the frequency changes but got most back for a few days with a little fiddling. Now went to turn box on today and get nothing, both red and green lights are constantly on?? Any ideas?

yeah a strange one and here is a strange reply, open it up and remove and the re-fit the tuner.....this has worked sometimes for the 600

Thanks for your response. Is there any guides on how to do that? Never even had the box open before!!

its quite easy just unplug it first, remove the screws from case and backplate and tuner is plug and play so it just slides out, re-fit tuner and put it all back together and see if it works, if not try a re-flash

Weird!! Took out Hard drive and it is working again. happy i only need to pay for a new hd though and not a new box!!
Which image are you currently using? When all the channels went off this week I thought I had lost everything but after investigation they were in a folder called unknown, I have still lost some channels but the main ones are there movies , sports etc. Strangely have only lost the normal channels of uk tv but have the +1's

a re-scan should sort that, but id say a re-flash....i use gemini on my original and pli on my clone
