Can someone help:

I used to get an error saying Fatal Error..enigma

So I did a factory reset and re-scanned. I have lost all the channels except the free ones.

Which transponder do I use bruteforce UK, OR the cable ones....

Im lost please help!! my kids are doin my head in

You have wiped the emu and keys from your box. Add them again and you will be good to go. If you took a backup of your working image reflash your box with that its quicker.
