You could try a slingbox mate that will stream the live signal to any PC in the world!! Just google the word slingbox

hello, you cant send the actual signal to another house, you can stream from the box or the best option is a slingbox like the post above me stated. With that you can view and change channels globally

You can stream channels over the net but you can only watch them through a pc not through a dreambox.

So no there is no truth is using a dreambox with no dish to get a cable or satellite signal.
