dreambox 500c blank screen

can anyone help,my brothers dreambox 500c went down,could only get fta channels,so i flashed box with latest flash,now all i get is a green light on box,and tv saying no signal,i am in liverpool on vm,its not nag3 as other boxs still working.

The flashing process probably failed half way. What you need to do is flash the box using Dream-up and a patch cable to the COM port of your pc.

If your box is a clone I hope you didnt use Gemini because that can brick your box.

i have got image on box now,but cannot get premium channels all channels are there,when i go to tuxbox commander and do var/keys keylist and press 4 their are no keys there.

You have to ftp the magic files to var/keys and var/scce, do a search for them here and you should find a link!

will this image get me going,as to downloading magic keys to var,im sorry but you lost me,im ok doing the flash but need more help.how do i copy files as image already on box.

you need to get yourself dcc and then ftp the magic files over. keys go in var/keys and roms go in scce, or find yourself a image on the net with the keys and roms already inside and re-flash your box.
