DM800 invalid image using browser and dreamup

I am trying to flash bonesys image with 14 day epg, when doing it by browser method i get invalid image and also i get invalid image 010 using dreamup...the previous image still works which was nabilo black hole, is there a way to flash erase this ? as i think thats what it may need.

    19:35:39 box type: DM800
    19:36:58 Calculating checksum...
    19:36:59 Uploading file to box...
19:37:14 box is flashing from its memory...
19:37:16 Flashing failed (!!! 010 INVALID IMAGE), box will be unusable now!!

It seems to let me reflash the nabilo image just fine, but bonesys image it wont, i have checked the extention is .nfi, infact i have not altered from its original form.

EDIT: just downloaded Gemini-4.5-BL72-dreamboxclones.co.cc.nfi and its flashed fine, cant work this out, seems to point to the image file as when i then tried to put bonesys over the top it wont have it but why am i only getting this problem ?

    19:39:41 Calculating checksum...
    19:39:41 Uploading file to box...
19:39:58 box is flashing from its memory...
    19:42:16 OK, flash-copy succeeded

I think it because your DM has the newer Sim2, Mines has and it wont flash Bonsey image either, and gives the image error 010

But i clearly remeber flashing his first image when he first got his box..unless he is using different equipment now...his input would be greatly appreciated...also, why can i flash EVERY other image except that one...i think the actual image file itself is corrupted although the rar archive is correct and unpacks it ok..that is why it would be helpful to get it emailed from him directly as there is no other source to download from.
