still no premiunm channels

hi there back again

i am still not able to get premium channels and am now sick of free to air and spending every night attempting to programme box

i have downloaded dreambox control and looks excellant but just as i thought i had cracked it still not working

I need to check but i believe the files can transfer to box however i suspect they may have got to wrong place.

question cant the box determine where files are soppposed to go and two any suggestions as to what to do next please

roms go to var/keys folder then go to sky sports and reset emu

hi how do you reset emu and what is emu please

hold info for 3 secs screen should change press ok to reset emu.what image have you got on box
