DM500 Missing Setanta sports 1 and bbc 3

Only these 2 missing on my channels have tried brutforce and scanned barnsley tw and south yorkshire...and reebooted but still no luck...

also can i get sky sports news aswell???

Sky Sports News doesn't broadcast on cable any more, same with Sky One.

Try reconnecting all your coax leading up to the box and do another scan. If you know the transponder frequency that these channels are on (maybe you have an old dbox2 service.xml file or can find one) you can do a manual scan on that frequency and that should bring them back.

got similar probelm here no setanata ( cant check BBC3 off air) rescanned , nothing ? .

I've had the same problem since last night and a friends the same (both on a 500)
The SNR is running at 71% whilst all other channnels (including Setanta 2 etc.) are fine and over 90%.
Tried a reboot and a re-scan but still the same.

Probably not related, but I have 3 DM500s and a DM800 (Not all mine) at the mo' and one of the 500s is missing Sly sports 1 & 3, copied the services file over to the one with missing SS and it says service not found, the other 3 are just fine.

Is there a common problem with Dreamboxes or something? I cant get ~~~~ on them and you cant get Setanta 1, 2 and Sky Screen 1, 2.

Im on TW, trried everything from manual scan to Bruteforce and Cable Syms scan.

ALL setanta channels,Rangers TV and SmellTic Tv all gone because Sultana have gone bust as of 22-06-09 and Rangers and celtic TV were broadcast by setanta..
