DM500c flashing

Hi guys I have just got a dm500c and am flashing for the first time using the excellent guides on here but come up against a prob. I know cable is going down with N3 on the way but this is for abroad and am just playing as never done a drerambox b4. Anyway have done the first step where you run dreamup and press connect then power on box but it doesnt say box attached and ready is says upload completed awaiting acknowledgement?? what do Ido as there is no info on this step and all buttons are greyed out. see image

OK sorted it. It was my pooter had to reboot and it worked DOH!

after the box is setup and recieving free to air channels you will need to do a reboot ,press menu and choose shutdown and reboot (if it only says shutdown no worries just use the power on button to switch it back on ) this will start the cam.
