Have used the seller and EMS plenty of times without hiccup.

The thing is for me its been the other way round, Parcelforce have stung me on a psp from japan, electrical parts from the usa and on a model radio controlled car from hk,

I got a ps3 from the usa via DHL, it was at my door in 3 days and it sailed through. (considering its size thats amazing)

All these packages were marked down but parcelforce loves to charge me, any views from other people?

Also when parcelforce sting you gotta wait for a letter from them and then after payment they send the item, with DHL they send you a letter after the item is received.

Sorry to bother you all again but i have another problem, it has been 6 days since the package status was 'left origin country', Since then it has not changed, It has been 2 weeks since i placed the order

Has it got lost somewhere between china and here, i mean how can it possibly take 6 days to leave a country and arrive at another?

dont worry about it mate i have ordered loads of stuff from china through ems and i at first was a bit panicky at first checking status of parcels but all turned up i had one that said stuck in customs for 7 days i received every parcel

ems are a bit slow but are very reliable dhl may be a bit quiker but they are useless and you will probably have to pay customs charges as i have done

never paid any ever with ems

For what its worth, I use to buy from peng also, bought quite a few actually and all where deliveried. Only thing I didnt like was no warranty and lack of communication from him, so changed to dvbseller.

It my understanding if shipping from china to UK via EMS. EMS tracking will not actually show online UNTIL the package has left china, which can take 2 days.

It is then not updated for 3-4 days as it floats accross the sea to UK. When it arrvies in UK, it first stop is UK customs. It can be here for 2-3 days, then the tracking will show released from customs. When you see this, it on way to local postale office to be delivered by parcelforce.

Shipping from point of order to in your hands can take 7-10 days. Tip: NEVER import anything via DHL. From personal experiance you will be hit customs charges in 60% of the orders. I've only been charge customs once with EMS.

Check the parcelforce website with the tracking number,its either just in the country or clearing customs.
