Is the error message i am getting. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how and what i need to do to rectify this problem.

Just had this is manchester, after rescan all channels back.

Have you checked all connections before you did your scan? Also try without splitters on the feed.
Are you getting any fta channels?
Have you got a subbed box with virgin? if so have you received a new card?

I dont have any FTA channels, All the connections were ok when i done the scan, I dont have a subbed box, I have a dreambox 500c.

I also have a DBOX2 and tried a scan on that.

Still no joy mate
