dreambox 500cs

i really need help!!!!!!
my dreambox 500cs is not working.
i have no idea or clue about it . the green led light is constanly on and the dreambox logo cums on when power is on.
it will not go into standby mode what eva i try.

has anyone had this problem or no what i can do??
