every channel is fine except itv1 and channel 4, they can be very glitchy sometimes.

Try deleting the 2 channels and doing a re-scan. Are they always like that? Maybe theres more channels like that also? If so, could be weak signal. -
Reconnect all your coax and see if it improves. Sounds like a weak signal as Kal says.Comment
