Dream Box No Channels

Hi

Im from the bham area, i have a dreambox DM 500c. All was working well last night, although this morning i have no channels at all.
Is there a fix for this? or have they gone down completely now?

Any help would be grateful, thanks.

You can do a rescan of the channels, maybe try a brute force one to.

I did a scan for channels this morning before i went to work, thought maybe they would be back on later today, but they aren't.

Would i need to change the codes or anything? just read a post pop in my card from my o/e box hay presto got my channels back but a load ov duplicated 1s aswell better than none

if you have done afactory reset prior to rescan you will have removed magic files they will need to ftp back on

i am in b'ham area aswell and i have lost all channels today have scanned without any joy what can i do next,what did you do,or anyone

do what others have done in the other threads. re-scan. they've changed frequencies so you#ll need to rescan probably using brutefoce method

am a newbie only 2 weeks old have re-scanned and brute force scanned and re-booted no picture or sound just error no channel available,do not know what else to do?

do a rescan now you will find the channels on the red button all services

I wonder if the fact birmingham had there hd digital freeview signal switched on yesterday has had some kind of affect?
