dreambox dm500-c no channels b'ham area

hi everyone

all my channels went off today showing error channel not available,scanned ,and also re-scanned all transponders re-booted etc. . . .got neutrino 2.0 image which is stuck on screen . . .am a newbie so do not know what to do next,anyone out there who can point me in the right direction please been on other threads but no answers after 3years do not want to subscribe!!!

do a rescan now and you will find your programms on tthe red button all services

Its realy easy in Neutrino
Menu
service
services scan
scan now

simple all new channels will go in others
so you can move them.

i have done a scan and all channels show up but the ppv and adult channels don't show, is there a way of getting them.

rescanned done everything i know still nothing,stuck on dragon image neutrino 2.0,giving up shortly,even thinking of subscribing!!!!
