DM500 DM500-C clone Green light only, no pic no sound

Hi all,

Do have a clone DM500-c i using my own img i do have 3 unit 2 is working fine and 1 is dead after i flash. Now the issue is Green light cant even toggle with my remote control no sound no picture.

I had self make null cable, Jtag cable and crosscable.

Is that a way to recover back? by using with application? if the best can you provide me the detail..

First thing to try is a reflash with dreamup and null modem cable!!

I had try using dreamup 1.3.3.4 unable to flash again

Can you ping to the box using dreamup?
Did you do a flash erase?

Different version of dreamup and null modem cable should do the trick.

Yes, flash erase, justs deletes the image on unit!
You can reflash again then using dreamup!

1.unable to ping to box not talking
2.i had try diff version dreamup still unable to ping with the box.
3.My null cable is working fine as i had program rest of my unit.

Had you this unit working before ? Is it new?
Did you check connection inside unit from motherboard to rs232?

had flash good image before but after 10min i power off and on again Green light on no picture no sound.
No issue on the null cable and rs323 port.

I can still using dreamup connect to my clone set, showing waiting for acknowledge but unable to ping to talk to my unit..

Any help?

Case Close exchange from supplier due to bad flash "Bricked" = Dead set....
