got a dreambox 500c
and had no channels for a couple of days
tried the usual rescan and brute force and factory reset and just free channels to be had.
am i missing something ?? dont think the area has upgraded yet
so I am stumped

no can get service scan either all transponders or network id,tried both,no good

I'm in Stourbridge. Were not on n3 yet. Lost everything but 10 channels until I replaced the cables.xml file and performed a full scan.
I've now lost the epg for lots of channels as the frequency has changed. Any help on this would be good.

take a copy of your cables.xml file and try this one I copied from digital kaos last night.

I am in the telford area and also lost all channels, did a factory reset and rescaned only to now recieve a handful of movies, sports and other channels.
