DM500 How do I unerase a Dreambox D500C

Hi,

I inadvertently I erased my 500C and now I am unable to connect to it.

The green LED remains permanently on even when I press the on/off switch - no more red LED.

Dreamup is unable to find the box or connect to the box.

Is there a way to revive it or is it now a dead box?

A point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

when you say you erased i assume you mean you erased the current image ,so if dreamup was able to connect to the box to do that it should be able to connect again to reflash the box . can you give us some more clearer info on what you were doing mate .

Is the lead deffo a null modem?an rs232 wont work.
