problems with my new dm 500c please help!!!!!

I have just bought a dm 500c i already have one and this is for my brother mine went a bit wrong a month ago and i flashed a new image and put new keys and roms o to it and its working fine again now but i have done the same with the new box and iam having no joy i have put the smae image on as iam using and the same files iam using which i transfered through flash fxp iam using the digital kaos image but still inly getting fta channels the only differece is when the working box starts up it says starting evocamd 212 but nothink comes up on the new box and in tubox commander were there are keys i cant get any in to the new 1 any help please sorry for bein a noob

press the blue button on your remote and start evocam 2.12

it doesnt come up with that on any of my boxes when i press the blue button any ideas please???

Take a backup of the working box,and flash to the new box,sorted.

i have the keys sorted now but cant find restart evocamd 212
