Only time I've seen this is when the box has already been scanned before in different area. Was it the first scan after you put the image on?

Yeh that's the only time I've seen that, scanned on ntl then scanned on tw. But usually there's only one epg.

Obviously a factory reset would cure it but then you'd need to do your bouquets again so it's not ideal. You could go through each channel and delete one of each. Or use DreamboxEdit to delete one channel and then transfer back to the box.

The most time saving way is to delete 1 of each rather than rescanning then reapplying the bouquets.

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.

The easiest way to do it is just to back up the cables folder - NOT the services and Bouquet files, Inside the Cables folder you have your user Bouquets - That's All you need to save.

Then remove all the channels and reload the services & bouquets (like when you do a factory reset), Then do a full scan and ftp your backup user Bouquets - then reload the services and Bouquets.

That way it will only take you a couple of minutes - rather than having to remove each channel 1 by 1.

I find that ocaasionally one or two channels in my bouquets don't have picture and if I look in the 'all services' bouquets there is the same channels with a picture so I swap it out in my bouquets. I think it is probably due to transponder changes if its new add it to your bouquets if it is not than just ignore it. On my sat box I have got half dozen Channel 4 and they all have picture.

DONT put your services or bouquets files back on the box m8, that's why you're getting double - Just put your user bouquets from the cables folder. That way when you rescan you'll only get the channels found - and your new channels will be in the user bouquets you saved and put back on the box

                      I had this problem on a DM800.
Scanned in one area and set up, then scanned in a different area and had duplicate channels.

It was cured by doing a rescan but in the scanning options set "Clear before scan" to yes.
