DM500 Noob from Barbados need help with set up

First of all I?d like to say hi and I?m new here so hi.

Now then. Wow do I have a lot of stuff to share but some of it would not be included. For instance I think that my uncle had a dish network box and card and basically put keys in the card to get every single channel but since nagra 3 he had to quit satellite. Sucks too. These Indian men used to come to his house and pay him $50 to fix their boxes. If you have any info on that can you please talk to me if it?s against rules then forget it.

Now to my point

I have this dreambox 500 brand new came with remote.

I would really like to know how to set it up to get all MCTV channels also if I have to use a dish or a yagi antennae like what they use for actual mctv boxes

I know this is newbie but can u still help

oh and a question to peeps who watch mctv. Do they show ppv's on mctv? Like wwe tna movies ufc. Also is nagra 3 hacked yet? I know that satellite is better than mctv any day.

THIS WUD BE A BIG HELP IF U HELPED AND THANX. Also if you have any info on nagra 3 can u post so I can get up to date on this stuff. I new about dreamboxes and FTA for a long time. I even used to watch it. I remember watching Unforgiven 2006 down by my uncle. But attempting it is totally new to me so your help would be appreciated. TY

Firstly are you connected to Cable & Wieless or has the name Cable & wireless changed..??

Ok, what type of DM500 do you have C or S should be on the front of box with log?

IF C (cable) Do you have a split pin that enables you to plug a tv cable and internet connection into your lime connection?

its a 500 C and i have i cant plug cables into my lime connection. my lime connection comes from my telephone line. i have two phones in my house but only one of the jacks were working so i had to put a normal short cable in there and lpug it into the dsl slot of the adsl thing then plug a three way splitter into the phone jack of the adsl thing they gave me and plug one of my phones which is next to the jack into one of the jacks in the three way splitter then i have to plug the other phone into the three way jack but this one its cord was too short so i had to use a 1 way extension cord to make it reach. now for my cable i am guessing that i will have to put an antenna on my roof facing the western side or eastern side (directv is western side) and then run a cable from the antenna into my house and plug it into the dreambox. i have a router so ill put and ethernet cable into the router for internet but i dont have a null modem cable. i was doing a little research last nite

MCTV in Barbados are nagra3 I heard...so your not going to be able to do a lot with your 500c...unless theres a working CS for N3 in Barbados

get that refund,basically all the movie and sports channels
have been scrambled. They have gone nag 3 all the rest will
go soon to. Your antenae depends on location of the repeters.


P.S dish network has tightened its spotbeam and gone
nag3 also .
