dreambox remote wont work

hi, im new though joined ages ago, so hope u can help me here,.,.

I have a dreambox 500c and after reading and searching i flashed the box with dk1.1 and it worked ok , but now remote has stopped working (box froze) i reflashed with diffrent images , but no matter what image i put on box the remote wont work , i checked the remote with a camera and it works i also checked inside the box and sensors seem ok ,.,. can anyone help me here thank you

Do a factory reset, then reflash default image maybe.

thanx for answer how do u factory reset ? i downloaded orig. firmware from dreambox site and flashed that , but still same ,., anymore ideas thanks again

Change the batteries?
