DM500 Cannot connect DM500C to virgin. Please help

Hi guys, this is probably the ultimate newb question of the year but i bought a dreambox 500c and attempted to connect my virgin cable into it. However the connection from my virgin cable cannot fit into any of the connections at the back of my dreambox. How do i connect it so i can recieve the channels from my virgin. Thanks

is nagra3 not just a new code being sent though? my virgin cable wires dont fit my dreambox. How is this possible when i know of people that live near me that have virgin and use dreamboxes. Can i not even use it to recieve the channels that i pay for?

n3 is a new encryption and its not hacked or is it likely to be. so when it arrives the end of free tv. depends on the dreambox input connector, if its of the rf push on type and your vm cable is of the f type screw fit then you need an adapter thats rf one end and f type the other. you can get them at maplins or any good electrical shop should have them
