Guildford area down?

Box is showing "service cannot be found" on all channels.

Did a rescan and same problem.

Anyone else got this?

I read that Guildford has switched to NGTV, what does this mean?

Can i do a rescan and all will be good?

Yes. Just means all the channels will have changed frequencies.

hi im in guildford too using 500c rescanned and found some of my channels but ive now got duplicates some which work and some which dont shall i just redo my bouquets and delete the ones that dont work

yeah rescanned and deleted all my previous channels saved in my favourites, all works fine now.

i tried rescanning my dm800c but only found 10 channels , how do i find out what freq to scan at im in bristol area and i used freq 419 before. any ideas ????
