that is correct mate, the eagle is a Dreambox clone, so the DW image will work fine.

I ordered a dreambox DM-500T 2 weeks ago from BuyingThings.co.uk - The Online Store and havent heard anthing since. I tried to contact them over the past 4 days and couldnt (mails/phone calls etc.) Has anybody else had this experience with them???

Im in a similar situation but with DVBMonkey

I ordered a dreambox 500c a while ago but it still hasent shipped yet. Anyone know how long they usualy take to ship? i was going to cancel my order and go for buythings.co.uk but i cant get hold of them over the phone so i dont think i will order there.

Ordered a dreambox over a week ago and havent heard anything since have email them with no reply as yet. Really wouldnt suggest anybody using this site. (BuyingThings.co.uk)

Cheers for the info m8, I had just ordered 4 from them then I read your other post and thought oh fek..., no I didnt really cos I knew they have a bit of a backlog but thanks for posting that reply for others to see.

When you recieve it, it might be a good idea to post back here and also post the date you ordered and received it. I intend to do that anyway so it gives others some idea of times and reliability.

buyingthings and dvb monkey are the same company and have their stock for the uk stuck in costums that why theres nothing been shipped on time.
It was getting messy shipping from china so the decided on a uk base which now has no stock and lots of angry costumers......me being one of them
costumer service is good tho I'll give thm that much.
