Struggling to get the picons working, I tried them in
var/etc , anybody know where their supposed to go,
I noticed that on the menu their was an option to show
plicons so I renamed the folder to plicon but made no

The picons usually go in /var/etc/picon. And there's usually an option to enable them somewhere in the image. Don't use the Jade image so not sure where it is.

        Try putting them in /var/tuxbox/config/enigma/picon.

Yes I already tried that, although from further delving that seems
            to be the correct path,
It looks like on this image the picons have to be installed from

Addons --> software management to work,

Hope somebody can come up with a solution

firstly the icon file must be 8bit and 70x53 in png format then create a folder /var/tuxbox/config/enigma/picon and put all your icons into this folder. The filename must be those same as your userbouquet eg.
              in your userbouquet.acb00.tv
              #NAME Favourites TV
              #SERVICE: 1:0:1:1:13:1:0:0:0:0:
              #SERVICE: 1:0:1:8:6:1:ffff0232:0:0:0:

your icon for 1st service should be named as 1_0_1_1_13_1_0_0_0_0.png
2nd service must be named as 1_0_1_8_6_1_FFFF0232_0_0_0.png

all hex must be in upper case

Please note that from what I know only below 3skins support picon
              MediaPLicon 8 bit
              Scewed Stone PLicon
              X-Line

The picons are the right size,
not sure about renaming them are you saying I
have to go through every icon and rename it (How)

And where do I get those skins (maybe the icons are already properly named
they work for DK1.1 and DW2.0)

                  This is for PLi@jade image
renaming the filename eg. mtv.png rename it to 1_0_1_8_6_1_FFFF0232_0_0_0.png and place this file into /var/tuxbox/config/enigma/picon

I am not sure of how other image work
