DM500 nothing happens when i switch my dreambox 500c on

when i switch my dreambox 500c on theres nothing on the screen but there is a green light on front of box that would go on ond off when using remote but now just stays on .ive tried to flash my box using dreamup everything is fine til i het on flash when it starts to download but then it stops after about 10seconds and a message comes up on screen saying (aborted by user)ive tried about 20 times and keep getting the same problem can any1 help me please

Use a different version of dreamup.

That will sort your problem
